AT THE EYE, the color of this vintage is very golden and generates a feeling of maturity. The excitement is expressed in calm and serenity.
THE NOSE is wide open and immerses us in the atmosphere of a late summer evening. Notes of cooked fruit, dried flowers and spices (saffron) combine with those of plum alcohol and praline. The expression is rich and very evocative. It highlights the full maturity of the wine and the richness of the year.
THE ATTACK in the mouth is supple. It blossoms in full roundness, accompanied by a discreet effervescence, which generates a fairly creamy texture. The expression is powerful, full-bodied and delicious. The finish is rich, quite round and warm.
TO SERVE at 10°C in a wine glass. It will accompany white meats as well as cooked cheeses.
