To vinify Bandol rosé wine on the Castellet terroir, plots are selected
for subtle blends. The Terroir of Mas de la Rouvière in Le Castellet offers us a Bandol rosé of gastronomy.The lords of the medieval castle of Castellet have always enriched their table with wines from these terraces, today dominated by this 18th century farmhouse, with its typically Provençal architecture. In 1969, Paul and Pierre Bunan undertook to renew the grape varieties of this vineyard, now harmoniously composed of the five grape varieties typical of the appellation.
