The estate's emblematic vintage, Enclos is a blend of our three red grape varieties:Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
It was aged for 12 months in oak barrels, developing aromas of prunes, caramel and leather. Time has softened its tannins and gives it a lot of roundness.

Nose : Concentrated and powerful, predominantly spicy and smoky.
Mouth: Beautiful balance carried by quality tannins. Concentrated palate with aromas of ripe fruit. A long finish accompanied by aromas of prunes

Guard : between 10 and 12 years old

Vine management:Trellised vines of 7000 strains/hectare, cordon de Royat pruning. Selection of the most noble plots.
Ground : Silt-limestone

WINEMAKING
Winemaking:18 days of vatting. Controlled delay in the start of fermentation in order to extract color and soft tannins
Breeding : Aged for 12 months in oak barrels
