AT THE EYE, the color is pale yellow, the effervescence lively and the cord of foam very white. The whole evokes youth and dynamism.
THE NOSE unveils delicate and fresh aromas of white flowers, bread crumbs and quince. It is a frank and direct nose announcing a festive wine.
IN MOUTH, the attack is rather gentle and opens with a wine imbued with sweetness and firmness at the same time. The biting character of the acidity and the tonicity of the effervescence refresh the palate while the dosage accompanies the wine. The whole is light, delicious and leads to a clean and tangy finish.
TO SERVE at 8°C. Perfect as an aperitif, it can be accompanied by savory or sweet petit fours.
