AT THE EYE, the color is slightly orange and animated by rapid bubbles, which feed a magnificent cord. The whole thing is fresh and appetizing.
AT NOSE, we immediately enjoy delicate aromas of strawberry and rose. This freshness and delicacy last over time. It is a fine and nuanced nose that should be enjoyed in the moment.
IN MOUTH, the attack is fresh, fluid and tangy. In the mid-palate, the chalky minerality asserts itself and the sparkling effervescence of the wine adds to the feeling of freshness. The barely perceptible dosage generates an overall texture that is rather firm but without hardness.
TO SERVE at 8°C. Perfect as an aperitif, it can be accompanied by biscuits or petit fours.
