A fermented drink made from elderflowers hand-picked in the Ariège Regional Nature Park, SAMBUC® has been artisanal and Ariège for over 30 years. An aperitif to be consumed chilled, it is consumed as an accompaniment to a mature cheese, foie gras or a fruity dessert. It combines its golden color with the fragrant tastes of elderflowers and fruity and sweet aromas such as lychee. Produced through a natural fermentation process, this beverage has an alcohol content of 12 degrees without the addition of wine or alcohol.
SAMBUC® should be consumed within 2 years of bottling. It should be stored at room temperature without temperature variation; and should be consumed fresh.

Orders are shipped in boxes specially designed for transporting bottles of wine (Chrono Viti packaging from Chronopost).
