2020
Alcohol: 13%
SEIGNEZ
Grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan
Aging potential: 6 to 10 years
Production: 1300 bottlesHistorical: The red in “Natural Vinification” comes from our most beautiful terroirs of lamellar mica schist and quartz located on our highest hillsides.
Tasting: A deep ruby color. A woody nose with complex red fruit aromas. On the palate, a slightly structured wine revealing roundness, a delicacy of small red fruits.
Winemaking Technique: The harvest is done by hand, the grape varieties are assembled into grapes in a stainless steel vat. Cold skin maceration is carried out for around ten days with daily punching down and pumping over. The grapes are finally pressed and complete their fermentation in barrels of one year having previously collected the Seignez Blanc. Aging in oak barrels lasts one year. The cuvée is bottled without filtration.
