Tasting: The nose reveals notes of white flowers and citrus fruits then a woody finish. The palate reveals lemony, lively and fresh aromas. Its minerality gives it its balance. This vintage remains “the 1er Cru” of the Domaine. It is best drunk with seafood as well as fresh salad or white meats.
Winemaking Technique: Hand harvest at night. Light maceration before pressing, settling and barreling into new 400L oak barrels. Start of fermentation with indigenous yeasts then aging on lees for 12 months. Gentle filtration before bottling and aging for one year in the cellar.
