The grapes are picked from our most beautiful lamellar shale terroirs during the night. The blend of these four grape varieties exposed in our best valleys allows us to obtain a wine with tension and aromatic finesse.
Tasting: A very light pale color.
A nose full of fruit, combining white peach and citrus fruits.
A mineral and balanced palate bringing aromas full of freshness. Its length allows you to enjoy it as an aperitif or during a meal accompanied by fish carpaccio or fresh salad while enjoying the sun. The family's favorite.Winemaking Technique: Hand harvest at night. Direct pressing then settling. Start of fermentation with native yeasts, aging in stainless steel vats on fine lees until bottling where the unique action of adding sulfur and light filtration takes place.
