The Ibex is a Milk Stout that comes straight from Great Britain. The addition of lactose which is a non-fermentable sugar makes it possible to obtain this creaminess. The nose is characteristic of stouts, iodized, coffee, chocolate and caramel. On the palate this is where this beer reveals all its charm. Smooth and creamy, it is reminiscent of a smoothie and a milk chocolate
