Tasting:Purplish color. Nose of small ripe red fruits (blackcurrant, wild strawberry). On the palate, supple and pleasant tannin, with a summer roundness revealing the stewed fruits of autumn. The expression of the Provençal terroir in its purest form.
Winemaking Technique:Night harvest. Assembly carried out at harvest. Grapes destemmed then placed in stainless steel vats for maceration and fermentation for around ten days at a temperature of 20°C.
