AT THE EYE, The yellow-green color indicates the presence of the Chardonnay grape variety and shows a certain maturity. The effervescence delicately accompanies the presentation.
AT NOSE, the wine is perfectly open with aromas of cooked yellow fruits and honey, with a background of minerality. The latter displays its personality and originality in the family of white wines in Champagne.
IN MOUTH, the attack is lively and introduces a slender and straight wine. The material expresses a sapid and pleasant acidity. The recessed dosage allows the minerality and firm texture of the wine to assert themselves. The finale prolongs these sensations on a chalky note.
TO SERVE in a flared tulip flute to enjoy the body of these Chardonnays. At the table, beautiful, firm-fleshed fish will be welcome (sea bass, monkfish, red mullet, etc.).
