AT THE EYE, the color of this Champagne is golden and appetizing. The effervescence is sustained and regular.
AT NOSE, the aromas take us into a very spring-like universe. Finesse of flowers (peony, jasmine), freshness of almond, deliciousness of bread. This complex balance signals both the beautiful origin and great maturity of the wine in the cellar.
IN MOUTH, the attack is very fresh then the wine asserts its roundness. The perfect balance between freshness and vinosity, the caress of the bubbles and the discretion of the dosage generates a beautiful tenderness of texture. The aromas of the nose are found on the palate then the finish reveals the minerality of the wine and ends on a tangy and round note.
TO SERVE at 10°C. An aperitif wine, it will also find its place at the table with fine seafood starters (cooked shellfish, grilled fish).
