AT THE EYE, the color of this 2004 vintage, very golden and luminous, announces the good maturity of the wine. The effervescence, discreet and fine, adds like silver flakes.
OLFACTORY EXPRESSION is complex and noble. We perceive aromas of hazelnut, praline, dried herbs and pear on a biscuit base. The expression evolves little by little in the flute and shows its full extent.
IN MOUTH, the attack is frank and perfectly balanced. The effervescence is particularly creamy and provides a tender sensation until the finish. This is mineral, very long, aromatic and full of freshness.
TO SERVE in a well-curved flute, between 10 and 12°C. At the table, favor fine starters and dishes with a tender texture.
