Alcohol: 65%

Twelve Barbados Jamaica is a blend made in Laguiole by our cellar master. This is a blend of three distilleries well representative of their island of origin. These three molasses rums have the particularity of having been distilled in a pot still. 6 barrels were pooled for this vintage, which was first aged in the tropics, then in Aubrac. This rum was bottled cask strength.

    VISUAL: gold

NOSE: the nose is that of a funky and gourmand rum at the same time, generous but not wild, concentrated but pleasant. The exotic fruits are more than ripe, their flesh overflows and unfolds its tropical aromas without any false modesty. Everything is caressed with a handful of very delicious, very pastry-like spices, like in Christmas gingerbread. Aeration brings tranquility, with a rum that is candied and adorned with sweet vegetal notes. The coconut soothes the atmosphere even more, confirming a balance where the furiously tropical fruity notes coexist with a certain sweetness of life.

MOUTH: the mouth is very sticky and invasive. After a very round attack, the rum begins a rise in power which we do not know where it will stop. It places the exotic fruits in a state of intense vibration, and they just have to melt and flow into a well-concentrated syrup. The finish is calmer, it rests on a light woody and vanilla note.
