WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested at full maturity. Maceration/fermentation for 4 weeks with gentle pumping over, alternating with delestages in order to keep a maximum of primary aromas and fat while having good tannic extraction
TASTING
Deep red wine. Bewitching and complex nose of black and red fruits (cherry), mixed with intense mineral notes. Structured by velvety tannins. The palate appears powerful, ample and rich but without heaviness, supported by a surprising acidity giving it staying power.
