Mouth fleshy and full-bodied, well structured, with flavors of ripe morello cherries on relatively supple and distinguished tannins for a harmonious whole with a well-marked character
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Merlot 40%, Syrah 20%
Floors:Gravel and loamy sandy clay. Gravel rump for Syrah
Yield: 45 hl/hectare
Vinification: Traditional with destemming, without crushing and maceration for 2 to 5 weeks with temperature control. No filtration
Breeding:Short, in non-new oak barrels
Pairings: Red meats, prime rib, roasts, leg of lamb
Service:Bottled at 16-17°C in a classic wine glass
Apogee: 3 to 6 years
