THEYRON
Located 10 km from Château Puech Haut, the Theyron terroir extends over around twenty hectares with a difference in altitude of between 50 and 150 m. This terroir of limestone clay, sandstone and some rolled quaternary pebbles is marked by a Mediterranean climate (hot and dry). All our vines are grown there according to the principles of organic farming.

In barrels and frustoconical vatsThe color is a deep burla cherry red with garnet reflections. The nose reveals intense flavors of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), scrubland (cade) and subtle woody notes. The palate is consistent, fleshy with melting tannins
